New menu at Vapiano

Stockholm April 4, 2014. Fresh ingredients, daily preparation and innovation - Vapiano has a passion for freshness, which is evident in the new menu. From Monday, April 7, a fresh menu wait for all our guests. The menu has a new design, new structure and many new recipes and exciting creations.

 

On April 7 Vapiano launches a new menu at all restaurants in Sweden . "We are very excited and really looking forward to the new menu concept with lots of new, fun and goodies" says Linda Nordlund , Marketing Vapiano. Our top sellers are obviously still on the menu and have been supplemented with more exciting news. The news consists of several cases of favorites previously guest starred on the menu as Vapiano Specials.

Vapiano Specials offers new taste experiences and changed every two months. They are well liked by our guests, especially among guests who come often, and offers in a simple way some excitement and variety to everyday life. Specials are usually seasonally linked where we try to pick up some distinctive ingredients and create dishes in the local and global styles.

A new feature on the menu, for example Pasta Estiva (chicken with semi dried tomatoes in a light sauce with ginger along with arugula and mint), which was a favorite when guested as Specials. Other news we're especially proud of are the cuisine of our talented employees. Let us introduce Insalata Crudo by Sofie Leo (salad with Gorgonzola and homemade balsamic dressing topped with freshly sliced ​​strawberries, toasted walnuts and prosciutto crudo) and Cheesecake al Limone by Victor Olson (homemade digestive biscuits with white chocolate cheesecake topped with our own lemon curd). Yummie!

Freshness is our passion in every respect. We have adjusted the recipes to some of our dishes to make them even more delicious. For some dishes we have optimized cooking and other ingredients have been refined. Our Insalata Nizza has evolved to a Insalata Niçoise. With an upgraded recipe, fresh lightly seared tuna and a typical vinaigrette will now very close to the classic Salade Niçoise.

The design and format of the menu has also been revised and now has more space for the presentation of the dishes in more detail and to inspire. The new structure will provide a better overview. We abandon the division into Gruppos and turns instead to the more descriptive categories Classico Italiano, Vapiano Della Casa and Internazionale.
